FAQs

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Culture Cure is for anyone who is currently experiencing or has previously suffered from a toxic workplace and those who are interested in raising the bar for a healthier working world. We welcome everyone including WOC, LGBTQIA2S+, people with disabilities and non-conforming labels.

I’M NEW TO THE WORKFORCE / NOT SURE IF I’M IN A TOXIC WORKPLACE.. IS THIS STILL FOR ME?

Absolutely! You can prepare yourself by knowing your rights in case you ever face this or want to help someone else in need. The people who are going through this enjoy hearing examples of how a positive workplace operates, we'd love for you to reach out and remind others that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I’VE SURVIVED A TOXIC WORKPLACE AND WANT TO HELP BUT NOT SURE HOW..

Amazing! Share your story and help others in the community. So many people are going through the exact same thing that you experienced and would love your insight and advice on how you overcame it.

WHAT IF MY WORK / BOSS FINDS OUT?

Our private community is a safe-space where we respect your privacy and ensure all personal information remains confidential.

AM I LOCKED INTO A MEMBERSHIP?

Nope, you can cancel anytime.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A UNION?

As a digital membership service, we work remotely and internationally, providing you with instant tools so you can feel empowered to address workplace conflict.

HOW DOES ME SHARING MY STORY CONTRIBUTE TO CHANGE?

Your story goes into a pool of data that is then translated into industry insights that is shared in an open-source research report which policy makers and government bodies can use to action change. All your information remains anonymous and no private information such as your name, number or card details will ever be disclosed.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BE PART OF THE MEMBERSHIP BUT DON’T WANT MY STORY TO BE ADDED TO THE DATA POOL?

No problem, when you sign up to the membership just tick the box that says I would prefer for my information not to be used for research purposes.
